Ordering via Phone
- Including all information requested on our online order form, write your order on a piece of paper to facilitate easier ordering.
- Call us at 303.530.5575 to place your order. As a busy working ranch, we may not be in the catalog office. You can feel comfortable in leaving your order information on that private line.
- Be sure to leave a phone number where we can contact you if we have questions about your order or if you do not wish to leave your credit card information on our answering machine.
- We will try to confirm your order within a day or two. If you haven't heard back from us, don't hesitate to call!
Ordering via Fax
- Click on the icon to the right to open the order form.
- Print the form and fill in the information.
- To send the order information by fax:
Fax your order to 720.306.3691: This is our Web fax and is always in service. Your fax is delivered to our protected Inbox and, as such, provides as much protection as the fax service and protected network can offer.
Ordering via Online Submission
- Go to our online order form.
- Enter the information directly in the online form.
- Click the Submit Form button at the bottom of the
form.
Important Note: Our catalog site is not on a secure server (though we've never had a problem). If you are uncomfortable sending your financial
information via email, please call us at 303-530-5575, or send a fax to our Web fax service at 720.306.3691.
Ordering via E-mail
- Send an e-mail to orders@rockymtllamas.com.
- In the
body of the E-mail, include all information requested on our online order form: your name, billing address and phone number; your shipping address and phone number if different from your billing address; product number, quantity, color and description of the product(s) you are ordering; and any additional information or questions you might have.
- Be sure to leave a phone number where we can contact you if we have questions about your order or if you do not wish to send your credit card information via email.
- We will try to confirm your order within a day or two. If you haven't heard back from us, don't hesitate to call!
Important Payment Information
- We accept only MasterCard and Visa credit cards, checks and money orders. Items will be mailed after payment is received.
- Some large or heavy items, as well as items shipping
overseas or with rushed delivery, require additional postage. This includes items such as the bean collector, Super Rake, saddles and panniers, etc. Before sending payment by check or money order,
please contact us for a final total.
- Some items, such as the Circuiteer blowers and replacement parts, drop-ship directly from the factory. For exact shipping and handling charges, contact us with your zip code.
