#100 Poly Zip-Adjust Halter 

Three-way adjustable polypropylene. Medium halter fits llamas from about 11 months up to adult llamas at 300 lbs., as well as many adult alpacas. Large size fits llamas over 300 lbs., or with particularly large heads.

Features: Three-way adjustable: around the nose, at the throat and over the crown with non-slip slider for the best fit possible. Strong and lightweight, single-ply polypropylene webbing. Hefty Quick Clip and catch dangle. Picture shows halter on yearling llama with room to grow. For our large herd, this is our favorite, everyday halter.

Here's how it works: Choose a Medium or Large halter as needed. Before catching the designated llama, shorten the crown strap by moving the crown slide toward the right side of the halter. While haltering llama, as you bring the crown strap around the back of the llama's head, "zip" the crown to just the right length by grasping the slider and pulling it to the right length; then fasten the Quick Clip.

Note: The Hefty Quick Clip is intended to open inward ( toward the llama), which prevents the llama from catching it on and fence wire. The clip is smooth and does not rub or bother the llama in any way.
