This is an all-fabric saddle and pannier system for training, or for lightweight or short pack trips. It meets ALSA's requirement for two cinches and is suitable for back-country use. It's suitable for llamas and even alpacas!

The saddle is made of black ballistic cloth with 1-1/2" of closed-cell foam on each side to keep the weight off the llama's spine. The felt cinches are adjusted with 2" Fastex buckles.

The removable panniers are each attached with two 1-1/2" Fastex buckles. The panniers are made of 430 denier pack cloth, with a 1000 denier ballistic cloth at all wear-points including the outside of the pocket. The panniers also have D-rings for attaching a top load.

This pack system does not require a saddle pad or additional cinches.
